ELIZABETH + ADAM | HATTIESBURG, MS
Adam and Elizabeth had a darling wedding day at The Bay Bed and Breakfast in historic downtown Hattiesburg! I met the bride and groom last year for a family session on the farm that was followed by a glamorous engagement session in downtown Hattiesburg. Elizabeth and Adam have been through so much together, and are truly each others very best friends. The bride and groom wanted an intimate ceremony that reflected their southern roots, love for each other, and the admiration they have for their friends and families.
While Elizabeth and her best girls started the morning off getting pampered, Adam and his brothers tended to the last minute details of the day. This groom wanted everything to be totally perfect for his soon to be wife! Elizabeth wanted to surprise Adam with not only one but two wedding gowns and I have to say she did just that in stunning fashion! The groom knew some of the details of her first dress, so the second dress was a happy surprise. Her gown from Forrest Paper and Bridal was absolutely gorgeous on her. Adam was every bit the dashing and dapper groom wearing leather spenders embossed with his initials, specialty cuff links, and a light gray suit paired with a bow tie. Elizabeth chose the loveliest details to reflect the overall southern theme of the day. So much thought and care went into every facet of the Weaver wedding, and it was a joy to capture Elizabeth’s vision.
The ceremony took place at the Bay Bed and Breakfast where the couple exchanged hand written vows. Once the bride and groom said “I do”, we all traveled to the Thirsty Hippo for the reception where Adam and Elizabeth danced the afternoon away to tunes courtesy of Carey Hudson and Katrina Miller. A blast was had by all, and the new Mr .and Mrs. soon made their way to Boston for their honeymoon.
Elizabeth and Adam - you’re day is one I will truly never forget! Thank you for letting me play a small role in your journey to becoming husband and wife. I know you two will live happily ever after! I hope you enjoy looking back on your wedding day!! Big hugs, Shea
